W. Brian Gill
Principal As Co-founder and Principal of Glass Industries, Brian leads the project management division, overseeing the hiring of installers, factory training, safety coordination and field coordination. His extensive experience in design, engineering and management in the glazing industry includes curtain wall, custom architectural glass system and commercial window specialities. Brian was named “Young Leader of the Year” by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Baltimore (ABC Baltimore) and lives with his family in the Baltimore area.

Justin Schneider
Principal Justin was a double major at the University of Maryland in 2006 and jumped into the glazing industry shortly thereafter. Justin's professional experience includes over 8 years of estimating, design, project management, and accounting. Over that time he has handled many projects at various stages from bid to completion. Working at Glass Industries has allowed him more time to focus on client relationships instead of bidding every project that is released. This client based approach allows Glass Industries to do projects of all sizes and types because they understand that the clients' glazing needs are diverse.

Kevin Gill
Project Manager Kevin started in the field working summers throughout high school and college assisting installers and managing projects. After graduating from McDaniel College in 2008, he returned to the glazing industry as a project manager. Over the next 8 years, Kevin gained experience in estimating, design, and drafting. Kevin works closely with manufacturers, general contractors, architects, and Glass Industries’ install teams designing and managing projects from start to finish. Kevin, as well as the rest of the Glass Industries team, takes pride in a strong work ethic and works hard to provide the customer with a quality product.
